My name is Wayne Johnson, I live in Magnolia, Texas about 40 miles north of Houston. I have lived in this area most of my life. I was born in Fayetteville, NC. I am 39 years old, and have been married to my wife Kathy for 13 years. I have a son named Zachary and dog named Grady.
I have worked in the freight transport industry for 14 years. I work for a Alliance Shippers, out of the Houston operations office, as an Account Executive for the past 4 years.
I started racing online with N2 which was a lot of fun with a 33 modem. I raced for the next few years with the NIRL and other leagues. Until one night I was looking for a pickup race on Sierra and found Christian Racing. Thanks to Steve Lindsey, I found my way around and have been here for the past 2 years. I wanted to say that I enjoy racing with group of guys, as it is the best group that I know of.
We attend church at Fellowship of the Woodlands (FOTW.org) We are active in the small group ministry and Kid ministry, I am also on the photography team for the church.
I enjoy playing golf, as much as I can, about once a week. I also have a private pilots license, and I like computers and games. As for Nascar, I like Joe Gibbs racing and any guy Joe approves is fine with me.
Well that’s about it, pretty much a normal easy going guy. My wife tells me I am to easy going sometimes, because I rarely get upset about anything. I learned long ago not to sweat the small stuff, and most things if taken in to the context of life and eternity are small stuff.
