Christian Racing honors the memory of our members who have been called home.

Gary was an original member of Christian Racing, he was a Moderator, Series Director and a awesome friend. Gary hosted two Christian Racing LAN events in his shop in Wabash, Indiana. Gary also coordinated the manufacture and distribution of Christian Racing gear and shirts.  Our Tuesday night series is named in his honor.

Tom was an avid race fan with a fantastic sense of humor. When he started with Christian Racing he was a novice driver but he quickly learned the skills and became very competitive on the track. Tom lived in Alaska and his job required inspection of hydro lines in the rugged areas of the state. Tom lost his life in a helicopter crash.

Randy used the nickname “Night Hawk”, and was a long time Christian Racing Member. He was quiet on the team radio but once the crowd thinned after a race he would stay up and talk as long as you liked. Many Christian Racing members used Randy’s setups as he was a set-up guru was always eager to share. Randy was very talented on the track.

Chris Tuttle was a long time member with Christian Racing. Chris’s sense of humor was second to none and he could always be counted on to tell a light hearted joke or a funny story. Chris lived on an island in Maine and his friends always called him some nick name with “lobster” in it. He said one time that he didn’t even really like lobster.

Dennis raced with Christian Racing a short while, and he was always a pleasure to talk with and he always gave you a great race.

Stan was a popular Christian Racing member, who always had intersting Aussie stuff to tell us and who was always happy to share a race setup. Stan lived in Australia and although we were racing in the evening, due to the time change Stan was racing mid morning in the Land DownUnder. Stan will be missed.

Jimmy was a long time Christian Racing member who will be dearly missed. Jimmy was one of the cornerstones of our group and a very talented driver. Usually he was the first guy to arrive on race night and was the last one to leave. He was a dear friend and was loved by many and is someone who will never be replaced. Jimmy contributed to Christian Racing in more ways than can be listed.  Our Monday night series is named in his honor.

Ron’s first race with us was Febuary 24, 2015 in the Gary Ridgeway Cup Series. He was the driver of the #36 Chevy and had 135 starts with 2 wins, 13 top 5’s and 38 top 10’s in a variety of series. Ron was a regular driver here untill the summer of 2017 when his health deteriorated. His final race was October 8, 2020 in the Super Truck Series.

2 Timothy 4:6-8 King James Version (KJV)

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
