My name is Shawn Gould or otherwise known as Skbgould on the track. I was born and raised in Northern California. I grew up on a 20 acre ranch, and loved working with the horses and cattle. I moved to Oklahoma City in May of 1996. I was blessed with my first son Braden in December of 1998. My second son Kamron arrived in June of 2001. The boys are now 5 and 2½.
I love working on classic cars. My favorite car is the 1968 to 1971 Chevy Chevelle. I also love to play basketball when I get free time.
I work for Southwestern Bell Telephone. I have been there 6 years as a Cable Splicing Technician. I work with Paul Lewellen (LostOkie). I have known Paul now for nine years. Wow Paul where has that nine years gone? I love working with Paul and consider him one of my best friends. Now if I could only drive like him…
Paul introduced me to Christian Racing. Once I took a test drive on his wheel I was hooked. I have been racing online since. Paul and I started Bell Boys Racing as just a fun thing to do. Both of us had no idea it would grow to where it is now. I enjoy the racing here at CR. But I enjoy the fellowship most of all. Getting to know your fellow driver makes the racing experience more fun. It’s so great to be surrounded by so many talented drivers. Maybe one day some of their driving talent will rub off on me. I really think it’s special to become friends with someone you haven’t even met. I’m trying to get to know more people here at CR. I hope everyone else will do the same. Just remember the racing will come and go but the friendships will last forever.
