Christian Racing’s Endurance Team – Christian Racing 3:16 brings it home 20th in first ever 24 hour endurance race completing 711 laps. The team consisted of Chad Carisch, Mike Ruder, Paul Perry, David Groseclose, JC Bowman, Matthew Bilello, James Hackworth, and Ricky Thompson. The team had gotten as high as 9th early on in the event. Some of the things the team dealt with throughout the course of the race were: being rear ended, tapping a spinning car, server issues, hitting a rumble strip exiting pit lane, hitting a tire barrier in the bus stop, and a blown motor. That might sound bad but for this race that was pretty tame. The leaders of the race completed 775 laps, so to be 64 laps down after all that doesn’t seem so bad. Our ship was battered and torn but she held it together. Thanks goes out to everyone involved.
